My Cooking Adventure in a New City

Hey everyone!

The university life not only taught me a lot academically but also made me discover my passion which is cooking. When I started, I had no idea how to cook, but living alone pushed me to learn. From struggling with ingredients to now cooking with ease, this journey has not only given me a practical skill but has become a big part of my life.

<-------- Chicken Chop with Black Papper Sauce

This is one of my signature dishes.
I choose tender chicken breast, cut it into chunks, and marinate it with salt and black pepper. In a frying pan with olive oil, I pan-fry the chicken until it turns golden brown.

For seasoning, I add freshly ground black pepper, milk, and dark soy sauce, simmering until the sauce thickens. Finally, I sprinkle some cilantro for garnish.
Learning to cook has made me more independent and added a cool factor to my personal brand. It taught me patience, creativity, and attention to detail.

Korean Braised Chicken Rice Bowl  --------->

During weekend gatherings with family and friends, I enjoy making a special lunch, like korean braised chicken rice bowl. I marinate chicken pieces in a tasty sauce with soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and a touch of sweetness. After marinating, I braise the chicken until tender. I then serve it over steamed rice, garnished with onions and sesame seeds.

While making Korean Braised Chicken Rice Bowl demands attention and time, the happiness of serving this flavorful dish to loved ones inspires me to keep exploring and creating enjoyable meals for them.

The satisfied smiles on the faces of family and friends when they taste it are the greatest sense of achievement in my cooking.

I'm excited to keep exploring the world of cooking. Maybe there will be more tasty experiments or sharing cooking tips.

Let's enjoy this cooking journey together!😋
